Overview
Before proceeding with the registration please be sure that you're paying the accurate price for your
Membership considering the country where you're registering according to the below list. If you note any
mistake, contact our Customer’s Support Team.
All payments are conducted in your local currency and/or the local currency of Cyprus via
Visa’s and/or Mastercard’s credit card and/or debit card and/or other payment method through an SLL
encrypted connection, ensuring the highest level of security. The processing of payments may be
conducted by third payment processor and/or acquirer and we bear no responsibility for their actions.

1. MEMBERSHIP
1.1 Trial Period:
By registering for a Membership, you agree that PriWindne will deduct the trial period fee
disclosed to the campaigns and subsequently charging the complete recurring fee from the credit card
you initially used to continue the Service. After the trial period, your Membership will be renewed
automatically based on the plan you will choose to your local price or the local price of PriWindne country without further authorization for the recurrent payments. Upon receipt of
your order, PriWindne will grant access to the purchased services as per the relevant
terms.
1.2 Emails:
A welcome email from our company will be sent to you upon your registration. Further, a confirmation
email detailing the billing information for your order will be sent to the email address provided by
you. We retain the right to issue digital or physical invoices and all communication will be
conducted electronically or via phone. If you have any inquiries about the delivery of your order or
if you have troubles receiving any of our emails, please reach out to us at [email protected] or
contact our customer’s support team. We will also notify you by a reminder email with the date and
time of the expiration of the trial period, the billing information and this Agreement 7 days before
your trial period expires, or immediately after the purchase (in the confirmation email) if the
trial period is less than 7 days. You bear responsibility to ensure the availability of your email
and PriWindne will not be liable for any failure to receive them.
1.3 Billing Cycle:
Your Membership fee will be deducted on the specified payment date mentioned in the Reminder Email.
The duration of your billing cycle will vary depending on the Membership type you selected when
registering. Your payment date may change if your payment method has not successfully settled or if
you change your subscription plan. You authorize PriWindne to retry and collect at a later
time any unpaid fees by you. We may change our Billing Terms at any time by posting the updated fees
on the Service. If you continue to use the Site or purchase a Membership after these changes are
posted, it means you agree to the revised terms. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount
on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.
2. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to cancel your Membership with PriWindne at any time. You can do so by clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the provided
instructions, or by reaching out to our customer support team via email/phone. Upon cancellation, your
account will remain active until the next billing cycle.
You agree that PriWindne has the right to cancel your Membership without further notice if your
payment is not successfully settled because of expiration of your card or due to insufficient funds
until your payment method can be processed. Finally, you acknowledge that while your Membership remains
active and/or has not been cancelled or terminated, you are responsible for the outstanding amounts.
The clauses in these Terms of Use relates to the intellectual property, disclaimers and warranty,
indemnification, liability limitations, and governing law will persist even after the cancellation of
your Membership.
3. REFUNDS
PriWindne provides a full refund of the paid fee if it is requested within 14 days of your
purchase. After the period of the 14 days, you are not allowed to receive any refund for your paid
Membership fees even upon termination and/or cancellation of your Membership. You acknowledge that you
remain responsible for any remaining charges before the cancellation and/or termination of your
Membership. Special considerations can be granted on an individual basis, subject to the discretion of
the customer support team.
